Returns and Exchanges are offered on full price items that are in perfect, clean, unworn and unused condition and include all original tags and packaging.

Items bought with the promotional code offered to those who opt-in to receiving our newsletter are available for exchange or store credit only.

Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We offer exchange or store credit on all non sale items purchased if posted with 14 days of receipt. All sales are final after 14 day grace period.

Please include a tracking number with your return or exchange so that we may easily track the package’s return to us. Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. TMBTITWI is not responsible for any uninsured or unregistered packages.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any sale items, objects, swimwear, intimates, jewelry and perfume. All sale items and sales of objects, swimwear, intimates (ARQ), jewelry and perfume are final sale.
